• Extensive project management and research experience developing infrared surveillance, rocket engine signature reduction (both IR and visible), high-energy laser technology, resonator design, test facility operations, and sensor designs for flight test programs

• Micro-satellite payload design, integration, and launch expertise

• Mission modelling and performance assessment expertise including proficiency in MATLAB, Python, ModTran, and ZEMAX
